Refund policy

Please take a moment to read our Terms of Service. We do everything we can to ensure your gift lands safely in the arms of its lucky recipient. On the rare occasion that something doesn’t go quite as planned, don’t worry — we’re a friendly bunch and handle every order with care, understanding, and a case-by-case approach.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us at hello@sentimento.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on any of our gift boxes or gift cards.

Refunds
Please note we do not refund for change of mind. If you think your item is damaged or faulty please refer to the Damages and Issues section above. 

Incorrect Address
Please ensure you take care to check the delivery address prior to placing an order. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery details for the order have been provided. If the wrong address has been provided and the order has been delivered, the sender will forfeit the order.
